Mr. E Sivasudhan was contracted by World Vision to assist us with this work and proved to be a worthwhile asset. His knowledge of the context and his willingness to research appropriate technologies, policies and practices resulted in a strong representation of both the existing context to be addressed and the best practice methods that could be considered in overcoming the WASH challenges in the Northern Province. In addition to his extensive technical expertise he was a good team member. He operated well with a new group of people and was happy to accept leadership. His cooperative attitude was appreciated greatly.
